We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, cash or card. As all our moves are unique, some moves may require a deposit at the time of booking with the full balance being paid on the morning of your move, other moves may simply require full payment on the morning of your removal and some moves may be billed by invoice. In the case of invoicing, all invoices must be paid within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Call us for a free estimate and we’ll be able to advise you what payment options are available for your move.

Yes! All our estimates are free and you are under no obligation to book. We know you’ll want to shop around and we’re confident that we offer a great service that delivers value for money. We do get busy mooving herds of people though, so we advise that once you’ve received your estimate you let as know as soon as possible if you’d like to book your move, as otherwise our availability may have changed by the time you get back to us!

Yes! We can store your items short term or long term and then deliver them when you’re ready. You can request to have an estimate with or without storage included, so get in touch to discuss your storage needs!

How much notice do you need?2019-01-26T21:53:38+00:00

The short answer is…it depends! The more notice the better as we do get busy. However we try to be as accommodating as possible and can sometimes fit in last minute removal jobs, depending on their size. For a last minute move give us at least 24 hours to see if we can rearrange logistics to fit you in. In any case, if you call us for an estimate we will try and hold that slot for a reasonable amount of time, however other moves will be scheduled in if you don’t let us know you’d like to book your move within 1 or 2 days of receiving your estimate.

Additional full, part or specialist insurance is available and can be tailored to your specific move. We work with the leading insurance providers to get you the best insurance deal we can. Let us know if you’d like any additional insurances and we will include these in your estimate calculation.
